Terms & Conditions
The Rent Income Guarantee is for an initial period of 3 years. Units will be leased by the hotel for a period of 3 years and units will be used to rent out to hotel guests. Lease will be renewable after 3 years subject to mutual consent of both parties at mutually agreed terms.
The lease agreement will be done effective 1st October 2020, subject to unit possession of the owner.
Guaranteed income to Farmhouse Owner will be fixed as per unit type irrespective of Plot Size.
Guaranteed income will be paid on annual basis as lease rent after deduction of TDS.
This offer is valid for Units with Interior, Swimming Pool/ Water Body and roof top solar plant only.
During the Lease term units will be maintained by the developer/hotel.
